Visitor Guidelines

Planning to visit our office? Whether you are picking up your order or would like to discover our products and services, you will be required to follow our conditions of entry and code of conduct outlined in this page.

Travel Options

Our Sydney office is located between Sydney city and Kingsford Smith airport, you can get to us in many ways.

Train

Catch a train to Green Square, cross over one road heading west then turn left to head south.

Taxi

Drop off at Bowden street at the front entrance.

Car

Park at the rear via Bourke road or Mandible street.

Conditions of Entry

Preventing the spread of Coronavirus is our priority.

Cold and flu symptoms

Do not visit if you exhibit any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, headache and runny nose.

Travel advice

Do not visit if you are a close contact at any venue of concern for Coronavirus transmission within the past 14 days.

Face mask requirement

Please have a face mask ready to be worn before entering our premises.

QR code check-in

Please have the Service NSW app installed on your smartphone and be ready to check-in before your enter our premises.

Hand sanitisation

Please use hand sanitiser dispenser near entrances and throughout our premises.

Clothing and footwear

Ensure your safety and the comfort of others by wearing closed footwear and appropriate attire for public spaces.

Security cameras

Surveillance cameras are used to aid the safety and security of our staff and visitors.

Code of Conduct

Ensuring a pleasant and safe working environment for our staff.

Non smoking

Smoking or using vaporisers is not permitted indoors and within metres of any entrance.

Behaviour

Aggressive and abusive behaviours are not tolerated, you will be asked to leave the premises.

Physical distancing

Prevent the spread of Coronavirus by maintaining 1.5 metres distance from our staff and other visitors.

Hygiene

When using our facilities, wash your hands with soap and dispose of paper towels in the bins provided.

Damaging equipments

Accidents happen, inform us of any breakages of parts or components.

Noise threshold

Please monitor your voice and noise within office and assembly areas.

Photography and filming

Explicit permission is required before you are allowed to take pictures or videos.
