Alexander Wünsche is the President of Zahntechnique Dental Laboratory. Alexander completed a 4-year multidisciplinary program at the Otto Umfried school of dental technology in Nuertingen, Germany, and attained accreditation as a CDT in Friedrichshafen, Germany. After graduation, he traveled to Ravensburg, Germany, and began working with high-end laboratories who focused on implant and all-ceramic restorations. Today, Alexander fabricates a wide variety of case types and also specializes in cosmetic and complex implant restorations. He has been published in dental journals such as Compendium, Inside Dental Technology, The Journal of Dental Technology, and Lab Management Today. Alexander speaks internationally regarding innovations in dental technology.

Danielle Wuensche is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Zahntechnique, Inc. Danielle was born and raised in Allentown, Pa. She attended college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained her degree in Marketing.

She found her passion for the dental industry when she moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Fl in 2007 to work as a Product Manager for a world-leading dental implant manufacturer. In 2015, Danielle decided to leverage her skills and passion to support Zahntechnique, Inc. in a full-time capacity.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys paddleboarding with Alex and their dog Lucky.
