Streamline Your Splints with Asiga, VeriFit Splint, and 3Shape
Practical hands-on learning at Asiga USA in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Asiga is proud to announce its digital splints hands-on course in conjunction with 3Shape, Whip Mix, and Nowak Dental.
This course will cover designing digital splintsusing the latest 3Shape CAD software and 3D printing on the Asiga MAX 2 & Ultra with Whip Mix’s VeriFit Splint Resin. Attendees will walk away with the foundation to produce splints and nightguards from start to finish.
Certified for 8 CE credit hours through the NBC.

• Master Digital Anatomy & Toolsets:
Participants will demonstrate proficiency in the 3Shape Splint Studio interface, including the accurate definition of insertion directions, automated undercut identification, and the use of virtual wax tools to customize splint thickness and retention.
• Engineered Occlusal Precision:
Participants will learn to integrate digital articulators and dynamic jaw tracking data to design occlusal surfaces that require minimal chairside adjustment, ensuring proper contact points and excursive guidance.
• Execute Precision Print Calibration:
Participants will learn to use Asiga Composer software for dental splints, focusing on optimal part orientation to minimize supports on intaglio surfaces and the selection of appropriate support styles to balance print speed with dimensional accuracy.
• Standardize Medical-Grade Post-Processing: Participants will implement a rigorous post-printing protocol, including validated alcohol bath durations for residual resin removal and the use of nitrogen-saturated UV curing cycles to ensure the final splint meets all biocompatibility requirements and material strength specifications.
Lunch will be served at 12:30pm.
